Crew showed up on time for the removal, left virtually NO mess. [The] next day the stump grinder crew came, I was concerned about how deep they would go but they listened to my concerns and kept the depth of the grind well away from my sprinkler lines. They did a very good job at a great price. We had a tiny mishap as accidents happen where something on the property got damaged. They went above and beyond to make it right. I'd call them again for tree service and recommend them to friends and family.

They did an amazing job at removing a tree that fell in our yard. They came out right away and took care of everything. They cleaned things up so well that you would never know a tree was there. All of the people were really nice and respectful of our property.

Tree fell on my house, and Paul came out in a storm that evening to check it out. They were on-site by 9:00 the next morning, and they were done by 11:30. Fast, efficient, clean enough for what was happening. Insurance covered it so I can't say about the price.

With the recent storm that took place the night of 8/24/23, our neighbors tree split and fell through our roof. Big Chipper came to assess the work/damage on the 25th and were at our house bright and early to remove the tree on the 26th. They got all the debris off the roof, removed ALL the debris from our yard and driveway, and tarped the hole in our roof for us to keep it dry until roofers can come. If there wasn't a giant hole in my roof, you wouldn't even know there was a storm! They were amazing, quick and gave us a lot of relief from this nightmare, and will work directly with insurance.

I love how they gave an estimate on everything that I wanted done. Over 10 pine trees removed along with some ugly wild elms, scrubs. They removed them and the stumps also. Very professional, nice and great job in leveling ground and cleaning up. Flew my drone over and took some great pics on how well they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am going to give 2 separate reviews. The first review is for the large job that Big Chipper did for me at my in-laws' house. There were 12 pine trees and a few other trees that were removed which required the stumps to all be ground up. Along with all of the shrubs next to the house and trees overhanging the back deck, there was also a 50-foot row of overgrown hedge that needed to be removed. There were 2 maple trees and one magnolia tree that were trimmed. I knew that the amount of work was going to be a lot, but Big Chipper was extremely helpful with getting back so soon with a very detailed estimate. This company from the owner to all of his employees are very professional. The estimate for the amount of work to be done was very fair. From start to finish this company works very hard to please the customer. They are very respectful of the property they are working on along with the property next to where they are working. They go above and beyond with cleaning up after themselves. I was referred to Big Chipper from Dan Schribner who had a family member have Big Chipper do a job for them, and they were extremely impressed with the work that Big Chipper does. I am very happy that I took the recommendation and would recommend Big Chipper to anyone looking for tree work.

Crew was on time. Cleared up / trimmed our back yard canopy. Cleaned up well. Crew and foreman were polite and responsive to our questions. BONUS... The day after service, a big branch came down from our newly pruned tree (possibly from the prior day service). The owner of Big Chipper came out to take a look... The crew returned a week or so later and took care of the dangling big branch. Summary, not only did Big Chipper do an awesome job, they followed up and earned a loyal customer! Great job.

After a couple years and several estimates, Paul came by and was by far the most genuine professional who just kept it real. Within one week of booking, their crew came by and absolutely dominated the huge old oak tree on my property. Their crew managed to disassemble this massive tree between power lines, other trees and a house; Maneuvering in a very difficult space they executed the tree removal with absolute precision and expertise. They cleaned up the area perfectly, too. I could not be happier.

I called the Big Chipper and they quickly came and gave me a quote and we were able to schedule as we needed. They took down two large pines and the pricing was good. They did not leave any mess and I am very pleased with the work they did!!

Really impressed with the candor of the employees and their professionalism. They had to set up a crane and bucket truck in an alley in our neighbors yard. They took all the necessary precautions with pads to protect his yard. It was a delicate location, but they managed to take care of our massive elm tree in a few hours. Our home was hit with a severe storm in the early morning hours and we lost two 36"D oaks from our front yard, one landed on our house and one on our neighbor's house. With trees to clear off leaking house roofs, we were so pleased that Paul from Big Chipper was able to come out that day to assess the damage and get us a quote. The crew was able to remove our neighbor's house the next evening, and ours the following morning. Within 48 hours both our roofs were clear, debris chipped up and removed/staged to be removed! They were Awesome!!! The crew was energetic, thoughtful, courteous, and boy do they hustle! We got the right team with the right equipment, and they did what they said they would. We simply cannot say enough about what a great experience we had, under an unfortunate circumstance. Thank you!

These guys from Big Chipper were great! They came out the same day I called to do the bid, the pricing was right in line with what I was hoping for and they were able to remove the tree within 10 days of my initial call. Amanda in the office was quick to respond and very professional. There were 4 guys that showed up to do the work when they arrived they took a little extra time to figure things out because the tree was in a very tight location. They managed to squeeze their trucks in where needed and even took care of the truck tracks after so that I will not have to worry about it in the spring. They were done very quickly and were all very nice guys to work with. So nice that I ordered them pizza for lunch for doing such a good job. Thank you Big Chippers!!

From getting the quote to cutting the tree down, I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. The entire crew were very kind and considerate of our property and did a fantastic job despite the weather and difficult terrain to get to the tree. I asked for a quote for 4 trees (pine) to be moved, what a great low price. So Big Chipper Tree Service came out on 1/24/2020 and removed the trees and many other limbs from other trees. What a GREAT JOB they did. Excellent clean up job.

They cut down [the] neighbor's tree, cleaned all debris that landed in my yard. They had to work around power lines and did a good job. When we [decide to] cut our trees they will be our first call.

This was a tough tree removal of a tree that had fallen against my house. They took their time and got the crane in place and were very careful moving the tree so no more damage occurred. They even let the little boys sit in the crane cockpit which the boys loved. Will use them again if I need to.

We had a +70' maple that needed to come down. Our yard wouldn't allow for the team to get the bucket in, so they determined they needed to drop it. They safely dropped the tree in my yard precisely where they said they would. Within 4 hours of arriving, the tree was down and cut up, and an hour later the stump grinding was complete. Since they were working so efficiently, I asked that they take another tree down while onsite. Big Chipper is professional, easy to work with, and quick.

We had a neighbors tree overhanging our driveway, and with their permission, we hired Big Chipper Tree Service to remove. Not only did we get a very reasonable price, our neighbors also had 3 additional LARGE trees removed. The guys came promptly, and extremely efficient, professional, and so good at what they did. They cleaned up as they went, and again, so good at what they did. I would recommend this company all day long.

Extremely happy with their work, they removed a large tree that hung over my house, didn't tear the lawn up, left the good logs for firewood (and even stacked them over by where they needed to go without being asked) couldn't be happier with the service.

This is a review of the second job that Big Chipper did for me. This job was a my personal residence where I needed two maple trees trimmed, one in my front yard and one in my back yard. I also requested that a tree in my neighbor's back yard be trimmed to the property line. The neighbor's tree was hit by 2 separate storms, and was overhanging into my yard. One storm damaged the neighbor's tree in June of 2020 and a second storm damaged the tree further in August of 2022. Because the initial storm damage to the tree was not taken cared of, the tree was left to rot out, which by the second storm caused more of the tree to come down into my property next to my new garage. Since the neighbor's tree is still not being taken care of I felt that I was forced to take care of it to protect my home and property from further damage. Here again Big Chipper was very fast and professional to add me to their job schedule and provided me with another detailed and fair estimate. In order to reach the neighbor's tree to give me a property line cut they had to wedge their bucket truck between my garage and the property line. They did not trespass on the neighbor's property. Even though I have 2 pieces of my driveway that cracked from them getting their truck into my backyard to deal with the neighbor's tree, Big Chipper is insisting that they work with me to get my concrete taken care of. I didn't have to say anything about the concrete, Big Chipper saw it themselves and are helping me take care of it. After all of the trimming they were very thorough and detailed in their cleanup. Big Chipper is a very professional company to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree work to be done.

I had a wonderful experience this past summer. They took out 2 large trees that were 100-120 feet tall. The full crew was impressive and their equipment was mind blowing. My kids were home and LOVED it. Big Chipper cleaned up the yard and they were all kind. My neighbor recommended them after they did work for him. They are my #1 go-to guys and I recommend them to everyone I can.

We noticed their company vehicle out on the road, seen they had great reviews so decided to give them a try, which we are glad we did! The process was super smooth and fast - from scheduling a quote to getting them out here all in 2 days. The guys that came out were very nice and careful, they were able to remove what we asked without any problems even though the entrance was kind of tight. Definitely recommend and would hire again.
